From the article: The Japanese Embassy in Cambodia donated 12 ALIS mine detectors to the Cambodian Mine Action Center for mine clearance activities in Cambodia. The ALIS handover ceremony was held on March 3rd at the CMAC headquarters in Phnom Penh.
